I just joined yesterday - thanks to the Dummies book. The site looks great and very helpful but it does not have user-friendly instructions on what a new user should do. As a newbee, I tinkered with the preference and unchecked this, clicked here and there, and when I got back to the home page I couldn't get results anymore from nearby tweets. Is it a bug problem in my location? Is it programming bug? It's frustrating and I want to use it for my business. You're site is very helpful and it should help more people and I'll recommend it to my friends.
